Frequently Asked Questions
GPU Blades are billed per second of runtime, charged against your credit balance. Inference Gates are billed per token used. Credits are deducted in real time and you can monitor usage from the dashboard.
Active GPU Blades continue running for a short grace period so you don't lose work. You'll receive warnings before credits are exhausted. Add more credits anytime to continue.
Credits don't expire. Refunds for unused purchased credits can be requested within 30 days of purchase. The free starting credit is non-refundable.
There's no minimum spend. You start with €10 free credit and can add more in any amount. You're only charged for actual GPU runtime.
Top up your balance from the dashboard at any time. For university plans, credits are allocated per semester based on your agreement.
