razorBridge Managed kOS

kOS, hosted and run by us.

kOS is KlusAI's AI operating system for European business. We host it and run it for you: on Shared, or on Dedicated, a kOS environment for your organization alone.

Priced per organisation and invoiced under a contract.

  • SharedMulti-tenant, workspace data in the EU
  • DedicatedSingle-tenant, EU-hosted with named exceptions
  • Private inferenceGPUs that serve only your organization

The kOS story

AI for the work you can't paste into a chatbot.

kOS puts AI agents to work on the records legal, healthcare and operations teams cannot send to a public model. Klu plans the work, carries it out on your own documents and data, and waits for a person before anything is sent or changed.

Klu

An agent that works from your records

Klu grounds every step in your own records and official sources, cites where each finding came from, and says so when the sources do not support one. It uses only the tools your workspace switches on.

Approvals

The AI proposes, a person approves

Every change Klu wants to make waits on an approval card, and the page updates the moment you accept it.

Privacy

Text screening, with an OCR exception

When enabled for a document, screening checks extracted text and filenames for personal data before further AI use and stops processing if the check fails. Scanned pages may reach a vision model before screening; its hosting depends on your deployment.

kOS is the software. razorBridge is what it runs on.

We host kOS, keep it updated and run it, in the EU, for organizations that would rather not operate an AI platform themselves.

What you can see

Who uses kOS, how much, and what it costs.

On Dedicated, the razorBridge Hub shows the figures a Managed kOS agreement counts: people, requests, cost, documents and security events, per organization and per period.

What you can do

Put AI to work on your own records.

Everything kOS does on klusai.com, it does on Managed kOS, on the tier you choose.

01

Search your knowledge bases

Ask across your documents and get an answer that cites where each finding came from.

02

Put Klu on a task

Klu plans the work, carries it out on your own documents and data, and waits for a person before anything is sent or changed.

03

Invite your people

Each organization adds its own members, who sign in with Microsoft or Google and two-factor authentication.

04

Switch on use cases

Each use case is a platform module, enabled per organization.

05

Pseudonymise on your own GPUs

Dedicated includes private inference for pseudonymisation on GPUs serving only your organization. OCR may use an EU-hosted vision service; dedicated OCR GPUs are not guaranteed.

06

Reach systems on your premises

A design-partner programme for connecting on-premises systems to razorBridge Managed kOS. Encrypted outbound connectivity and on-site AI are planned capabilities, to be validated with partners.

With AI Gateway

The same model layer, with residency on every model.

kOS sends its model requests through the same gateway that runs razorBridge AI Gateway. In AI Gateway, every model says where it runs: EU-only models run in Paris with an EU-headquartered provider and fail closed; every other model says so and names its provider.

  • kOS routes requests across cloud models, EU-resident models and models running on your premises.
  • Your own applications can call the same models with an AI Gateway key.

For your IT and security team

What your security team will ask.

The DPA, the sub-processor list and the trust page say the same, in more detail. Trust · DPA · Sub-processors

Where is our data stored?

Dedicated: in Paris, France, in data centres of an EU-headquartered provider, where AI models also run.

Do AI requests leave the EU?

On Shared, AI requests are sent to model providers that may process them outside the EU. On Dedicated, AI models run in the EU, and your contract names every exception.

Exception: speech transcription runs in an EU data centre in the Netherlands, operated by a provider headquartered outside the EU.

Exception: transactional e-mail is sent through a provider in the United States, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

What is private inference?

Dedicated includes private inference for pseudonymisation on GPUs serving only your organization. OCR may use an EU-hosted vision service; dedicated OCR GPUs are not guaranteed.

When are documents screened?

When enabled for a document, screening checks extracted text and filenames for personal data before further AI use and stops processing if the check fails. Scanned pages may reach a vision model before screening; its hosting depends on your deployment.

How is our data kept apart from other customers'?

Dedicated is a single-tenant environment for your organization alone. On Shared, cross-tenant isolation is tested on every change.

How do people sign in?

With Microsoft or Google sign-in, and two-factor authentication.

Can we see who did what?

Yes. kOS keeps an append-only audit log: who did what, when, and with which model version.

Who are the sub-processors?

The DPA names every sub-processor, and the list is public on our sub-processors page.

How is Managed kOS priced?

Per organisation, priced with you and invoiced under a contract. There is no self-serve price list.

Can we start on Shared and move to Dedicated?

Yes. Start on Shared, and talk to us when your policy calls for a single-tenant environment.
